The Steel Slinger

Panama City's newest dive boat, fresh from the manufacturer in August 2008. This is a custom built diving machine with some modifications that make her a little different from the other Newton dive boats in Panama City. Showers with hot water, ample deck space, an heavy-duty over-sized dive ladder and marine head are standard. The Steel Slinger is run by Captain Patrick Green, a Panama City native with over 2000 local dives since certification in 1992. Captain Pat had this dive boat custom built with higher bench seats for more gear storage space, a fully enclosed cabin and flybridge, foldout bunks, adjustable tank racks that accommodate all tank sizes, 3000 watts of A/C power via a silent inverter system and custom deck and underwater led lights make her more unique. The Coast Guard as approved this boat for 30 passengers but we won't put more than 15 scuba divers on her to keep plenty of space for everyone. She is big, stable, dry and built specifically with local diving in mind.

The Steel Slinger carries a DAN Dual Rescue Oxygen Kit and a Phillip's Heartstart AED on every dive trip and is an official PADI sanctioned Dive Boat

Better Bottom Time
The Boat Better Bottom Time is a 30ft Island Hopper boat which was built in Ft. Pierce Florida in 2004 specifically for diving. Licensed for 22 passengers, this very comfortable boat can accommodate up to 14 divers. The walk-through transom and the safe and easy ladder are another feature to assure your comfort and safety.

Captain John Luzny is a USCG licensed Master 100 ton Captain who has spent over 25 years fishing, diving, and sailing the waters of the Atlantic, Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico. He has logged over 2000 dives himself and has the knowledge of where the best conditions exist. You can be assured you will have a safe and fun trip and will return with great memories ready for your next trip.

WreckRaider

The Wreck Raider is a new Parker over 30 feet in length that has been specially converted for SCUBA diving and dive charter cruises.  There are plenty of dive tank locations and an easily accessible dive ladder to make exiting the water very easy. Very comfortable, the vessel seats no more than 6 passengers and is available for completely private dive excursions or specialty dive charters.

Our vessel cruises at twice the speed of the other large dive charter “cattle boats”.  Powered by twin 250 horsepower Yamaha engines, she cruises at 35 miles per hour - weather permitting.  Your comfort and safety is our main priority, so all dive charter times may vary – but the Wreck Raider is hands down the fastest SCUBA dive charter boat operating in Panama City Beach.

Our Sportcraft is easily the most spacious 6 pack charter in Panama City. Her swimplatform is nine feet long and two feet wide with a five foot dive ladder, so ingress and egress are very easy. There is plenty of dry storage in the cabin. When nature calls the boat has a clean marine "head." There is even a V berth to accommodate two full grown adults that prefer to snooze on the way in after a long day of wreckreation. There a large hold for storage, she has roll control racks for 22 tanks and spearfishing specialties racks for 8 spearguns.
